We’ll soon be announcing our fantastic finalists from our four cat categories: 

• Family Cats: Cats who provide support and comfort in the home
• Incredible Cats: Cats who have gone above and beyond and done something extraordinary
• Senior Cats: Cats who are shining in their later years
• Connected Cats: Cats who have made an impact on social media or in their local community 

You will be able to vote for the winner of each category and they will then be in the running to be chosen as National Cat of the Year 2024 by a panel of judges.

Finalists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony in London on Wednesday 18 September 2024.

Each winning cat owner will receive a trophy, a £200 pet store voucher and a year’s subscription to The Cat magazine.   

Vet of the Year 2024 

This year we’re also celebrating vets who are doing exceptional work for cats. The winner will be chosen by a panel of cat experts and win a £200 voucher.
